When I started my journey in the Beauty Industry 15 years ago, I completed two years of college training and worked in salons gaining experience. That training gave me a solid foundation, but I quickly realised that mastering nail techniques was only part of the puzzle.



Like many others, I used social media for guidance and inspiration. But social media only shows a small snippet of what real life in this industry is actually like. Behind the perfect photos and success stories, no one talks about the challenges—struggling to attract clients, handling difficult situations, setting boundaries, and feeling overwhelmed by it all. I found myself caught up in comparison, chasing trends instead of focusing on what truly mattered.



I wanted to build a resource I wish I had—a place where nail technicians could not only master their craft but also gain the confidence to turn their passion into a thriving business. No. This is not a "course", but a collection of valuable resources and training as well as live support and community. 

The mentoring programme is a 6-month commitment. Once you sign up, you're securing your place for the full duration, so cancellations aren’t available during the programme. This helps ensure consistent support and progress for everyone involved.
