With over 15 years of experience in the Beauty Industry, I understand the journey.
When I started my journey in the Industry 15 years ago, I completed two years of college training and worked in salons gaining experience. That training gave me a solid foundation, but I quickly realised that mastering nail techniques was only part of the puzzle.



Like many others, I used social media for guidance and inspiration. But social media only shows a small snippet of what real life in this industry is actually like. Behind the perfect photos and success stories, no one talks about the challenges - struggling to attract clients, handling difficult situations, setting boundaries, and feeling overwhelmed by it all. I found myself caught up in comparison, chasing trends instead of focusing on what truly mattered.



I wanted to build a resource I wish I had, a place where nail technicians could not only master their craft but also gain the confidence to turn their passion into a thriving business.
